Farm Service Company is an independent farm and ranch appraisal firm.  We appraise primarily in Central and Southwest Oklahoma, and specialize in large multi-tract properties.  Cody White is the current president of the Oklahoma Chapter of the ASFMRA, and Jerry is a past president.

Estate:  Large estates that may be subject to estate taxes often require appraisal by a certified general appraiser.  Most landowners will want a step-up basis for a property that has been inherited.  Whether you need a current valuation or a historic valuation, we can appraise a property to provide documentation of value for estate and/or tax purposes.

Litigation:  Farm Service Company has worked with many law firms for valuation needs in litigation.  Both Jerry and Cody have served as expert witnesses in jury trials, as well as being court-appointed appraisers in Oklahoma Surface Damages Act, Eminent Domain Cases, and partition cases.
